Services & Resources
Bryant's Bridge utilizes specialized services in our community to help young adults acquire skills to transition to greater levels of independence.
Bryant’s Bridge maintains a network of social service case management, education, health care, mental health, employment, transportation and other resources to be able to connect residents to the care and services they need to obtain education, employment, and progress with independent living. In addition, Bryant’s Bridge has and will continue to grow a consortium of mentors, to provide residents with models of LGBTQ+ adults who have previously navigated the transition to successful adult life. These mentors will provide an added/expanded layer of support and new perspectives for the youth.
